Joya Mia Cat Eye is a sophisticated gel polish with unique magnetic properties that make the gel shift and move to create dazzling 3D effects. To create the keen, hypnotic cat eye effect, apply the highly pigmented gel polish color and, using the free enclosed magnet tool, hover the magnet in place over uncured gel for a few seconds.
