FREE SHIPPING POLICY for supply- item orders from $200 

Free ground shipping is available on qualifying supply orders of $200 or more (before tax and handling fees).

  • Valid for delivery within the 48 contiguous United States only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories).
    Available for residential addresses (additional fees may apply).
  • Applies to ground shipping to a single location. Customers may upgrade shipping services for an additional fee.
  • Handling fees may apply.

Free shipping does not apply to:

  • Freight items, including furniture, pedicure chairs and heavy electronic products.
  • Oversized or overweight items.
  • Orders shipped to U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Charges:

Your shipping/handling fee is determined by the parcel’s weight and destination. Value is also considered for insurance purposes only. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. If you wish to be contacted with the total of your order prior to shipping you must make the request in the comments box during the checkout process.

Shipping Rules & Policies:

US Customers: shopANS.com will ship to your home, your place of business, or another residence address.

International Customers: shipments will be made to your home, or to a USA residence address.

We cannot ship to any of these locations: hotels, motels and resorts.

We ship to APO addresses, US territories and possessions. 

Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

United States:

All orders are subject to shipping costs. We will choose the best and most cost effective way to ship your products.

Fedex, USPS or UPS is used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed size or weight limits, “Truck Delivery” will be selected to speed delivery to you.    

For truck delivery on items that require extra shipping and handling charges, drivers will usually only provide tailgate delivery (the driver will bring the merchandise to the tailgate of the truck, but won’t assist you in bringing the merchandise inside). Furniture shipments are bulkier and take longer to deliver than would normally be expected.

We also offer specialized freight delivery services. If you request these services, you’ll receive more information about these special deliveries and their charges before your order is shipped. If your order requires extra shipping and handling charges, a shopANS.com Representative will call you to confirm the charges.

Orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states to Hawaii and Alaska by ground are subject to the carrier’s normal delivery time. You can always choose to expedite your order next or second day air with additional costs. However, the U.S.  Department of Transportation restricts orders containing hazardous materials from being shipped by air.

International:

Shipments outside the continental United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) are subject to the international carriers shipping rate. An additional hazardous material fee will be incurred as set forth by the international freight lines’ regulations. You may choose to expedite your order by air. All rates are variable and estimates given with each individual order.  With the exception of Hawaii and Alaska, shipping costs are billed directly to you by the carrier.

Duties, taxes, VAT and import costs are not included in the cost of delivery. These fees are set and charged to you by the country of destination, based on the shipment value and class of goods. These costs are billed directly to you by the carrier.

 Freight line shipments:

All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery with the driver present. If any items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, the details must be clearly noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing, and the driver must also sign the notation. Customers must contact shopANS.com immediately, no later than 24 hours from the time receiving the shipment, to report the issue.

Failure to inspect the shipment and note damages or discrepancies on the BOL at the time of delivery will result in no claim eligibility with the freight carrier. In such cases, shopANS.com is not responsible for any damages, shortages, or discrepancies, and the claim becomes the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for unloading the shipment and bringing it inside their establishment. Neither shopANS.com, the freight driver, nor the freight company is responsible for inside delivery unless otherwise arranged. Indoor delivery is available with select freight carriers for an additional charge and must be requested at the time of ordering. Please note that residential & limit-access deliveries incur an additional fee.
